Aramark (the “Company”) held its 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “2022 Annual Meeting”) on February 1, 2022. At the meeting shareholders voted on the matters disclosed in the Company’s definitive proxy statement for the 2022 Annual Meeting filed on December 23, 2021 (the "Proxy Statement").
