PHILADELPHIA, Apr 11, 2006 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ARAMARK Refreshment Services, a leader in workplace snacks and beverages, announced that it has acquired Park Avenue Office Services, a premier provider of office coffee service to businesses in south Florida.

Park Avenue Office Services, based in Ft. Lauderdale, provides office coffee service that includes brand-name coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soups, and allied products. The acquisition, which was completed on April 3, 2006, brings more than 3,000 businesses to the ARAMARK client base.

ARAMARK will continue to operate the business locally under the Park Avenue name.
