PHILADELPHIA, November 25, 2002 - ARAMARK (NYSE:RMK), a world leader in managed services, has been selected to manage on-site retail food service and patient food and nutrition services for two hospitals in the Baylor Health Care System, one of the country's largest healthcare organizations. Annual sales of the new contract with Baylor All Saints Hospital in Fort Worth, Texas, and Baylor City View Hospital in City View, Texas, are estimated at $2.7 million with an initial term of up to five years.
The new contract expands ARAMARK's partnership with Baylor Health Care System. ARAMARK already provides on-site retail food service and patient food and nutrition services at nine other hospitals in the Baylor Health Care System in Texas. Total annual sales for the Baylor Health Care System contract are estimated at $13 million with an initial term of up to five years.

ARAMARK has implemented “World Class Patient Service” – an innovative program that focuses on all aspects of the patient's mealtime experience to enhance patient satisfaction – at all Baylor Health Care System hospitals. Additionally, ARAMARK's hospitality design group has designed new kitchen and dining areas at Baylor Garland Hospital and has renovated the Baylor University Medical Center's Atrium Restaurant. An upscale take-out restaurant is also scheduled to open in Baylor University Medical Center this month.
